BHDT Global: China Sourcing Operations
BHDT Global is an English-language B2B website for companies building a supply chain in China. It explains a documented route from a product brief and factory research to supplier verification, quality control, shipment, and post-delivery follow-through.
From concept archive to production
The local project archive contained four visual concepts, a prototype, three levels of technical specification, commercial models, analytics notes, brand guidance, and a broad AI feature roadmap. I consolidated these materials into one coherent public product, keeping the credible operating model while removing mockup-only claims about customer counts, response times, factory rankings, and guaranteed outcomes.
Information architecture
The homepage presents the sourcing workflow as a working project rather than a generic list of services. Separate pages explain capabilities, the six decision gates, and the AI tooling roadmap. A deliverables interface shows what the client receives at each stage: a normalized supplier shortlist, verification memo, inspection report, and shipment handover file.
Human-reviewed AI direction
The AI page clearly distinguishes the roadmap from currently available services. Smart RFQ building, capability-based supplier matching, landed-cost scenarios, document review, visual QC pre-checks, and bilingual negotiation support are framed as tools that surface assumptions and open questions while keeping people responsible for verification and decisions.
Production delivery
The site is a lightweight static build with responsive layouts, canonical metadata, Open Graph assets, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, a privacy notice, and an inquiry form connected to the shared lead workflow. It runs in an isolated Nginx container behind Traefik with automatic HTTPS and a health endpoint.
Value
The result turns a large collection of strategy and design work into a focused international B2B presence. Instead of selling through unsupported promises, BHDT Global explains the process, evidence, boundaries, and next action a buyer can evaluate.
