AI Content Factory: News-to-Article Pipeline

AI Content Factory is an editorial automation layer for EV1 that turns raw EV news signals into longer, source-backed articles. It sits next to the automated news feed, but solves a different problem: not just publishing short updates, but expanding important stories into readable market analysis with structure, context, metadata, and durable public URLs.

News-to-Article Flow

The pipeline starts from normalized EV news records: canonical URLs, fingerprints, source references, tags, key facts, required points, editorial opportunities, and body drafts. Duplicate and related stories can be clustered before publication, preserving source references and coverage context instead of scattering the same story across many thin pages.

Editorial Content Store

Published long-form materials are stored as structured article JSON: slug, status, title, subtitle, summary, category, author, publication dates, reading time, tags, hero image, Markdown body, and source list. The repository normalizes slugs, validates public status, estimates reading time, deduplicates sources, and exposes the latest articles in a stable order.

Public Rendering

The /articles section renders a public index and individual article pages with canonical URLs, OpenGraph metadata, Schema.org Article / CollectionPage JSON-LD, source blocks, readable Markdown, mobile layouts, and light/dark theme support. This gives generated editorial work the same production treatment as catalog, news, and advisor surfaces.

The module turns daily news ingestion into reusable content assets: explainers, market notes, buying-context pieces, and SEO-friendly articles that can be cited by users, search engines, AI agents, and external communities. It closes the loop between fast news signals and slower, higher-value editorial analysis.
